Good sequencing keeps the site moving.

Set a predecessor to make a task start after that work finishes. Change an upstream date or duration and linked work follows automatically. Add lag for curing, access or handover time. Tasks sort by scheduled start automatically; arrows show the links.

A program everyone can open.

Share an editable HTML file, keep a JSON backup, or print a PDF for the site team. Files are snapshots. Live view-only links refresh automatically as your saved programme changes.

Add task

Used when preparing an email. You review and send it yourself.

Used for the text-message shortcut. Copy message also works with any messaging app.

Use for required inspections or hold points. Track completion using the task status.

Completing a task defaults its finish to today and its start to the scheduled start (or today if later). You can edit either date. Actual dates stay fixed and sequence successors. Older completed tasks retain their recorded schedule until you enter actual dates. Calendar-day waits continue through weekends and holidays.

Starts after all selected tasks finish, or on the earliest start date, whichever is later.

Project settings

One date per line: DD/MM/YYYY, followed by an optional name. Use for local holidays, RDOs and shutdown days.

A baseline records each task's scheduled start and finish. Use it to see how the plan has moved (e.g. "Start moved 2 days later").

Public holidays and site closures are automatically excluded from starts, durations and lag, including on a seven-day working week.

Bookmark the full link or keep a private copy. Anyone with it can edit every project in this workspace. A live view-only link does not let you edit. Clearing browser data can remove your remembered link and changes waiting to sync.

If offline, changes stay on this device until synced. If another device saved newer changes, download an unsaved backup before loading the latest. Browser close warnings are not guaranteed on phones.

Create a calendar feed with every scheduled task, delivery and inspection. To Do and TBA items without dates are excluded. Updates appear when the recipient’s calendar app next refreshes; timing depends on that app.

Apple Reminders

Install the FreshBuilt Reminder shortcut once on your Apple device, then use Add / update for each task.

Shortcut setup and download

Reminders are sent only when you tap Add / update. Check the confirmation in Shortcuts. After a schedule change, resend the task to update its reminder. Alerts require Reminders notifications to be enabled. No paid AI is used.

Completed or started tasks are excluded. Existing Apple reminders are not automatically removed or completed; manage those in Reminders. Each Apple account maintains its own reminders.
